Product Specific Information

Mouse anti-Pig CD11R3, clone 2F4/11 recognizes porcine CD11R3, an approximately 155 kDa cell surface glycoprotein and member of the alpha integrin family. This antibody was clustered as CD11R3 at the Third International Workshop on Swine Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens (Haverson et al., 2001).


Target Information

CD11R3 is a 155 kDa cell surface glycoprotein belonging to the alpha integrin family. It shows a similar expression pattern to the human CD11b marker, being expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, and alveolar macrophages, but not on lymphocytes, erythrocytes, or platelets.
