Streptavidin 형광 접합체는 유세포 분석(flow cytometry)에서 biotinylated 1차 항체를 검출하기 위한 간접 염색 프로토콜에 일반적으로 사용됩니다. Streptavidin은 biotin과 매우 높은 친화도를 가지고 결합합니다.
