Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색은 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
Adipocyte differentiation-related protein (ADFP, Adipophilin)은 인간, 소, 쥐의 유즙 지방구 표면막 물질에 존재하는 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 지방세포에 특이적이라 여겨졌으나, 실제로는 다양한 세포주(섬유아세포, 내피세포, 상피세포 등)에서도 발현됩니다.
조직에서는 수유 중인 유선 상피세포, 부신 피질세포, 고환의 Sertoli 및 Leydig 세포, 알코올성 간경변증에서 지방변성이 있는 간세포 등 특정 세포 유형에서 발현이 제한됩니다.
ADFP는 지질 방울을 포함한 특수 분화 세포의 식별 및 지방 축적 관련 질환 연구의 새로운 마커로 활용될 수 있습니다.
