Target Information
ROCK1은 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로, 세포 분화 및 이동을 조절하며 Rho/ROCK 경로는 다양한 암의 진행에 관여합니다. ROCK1은 Caspase-3의 새로운 기질로 확인되었으며, MLC(미오신 경쇄)의 인산화를 통해 세포 수축성과 세포막 blebbing을 유도합니다. ROCK-1은 N-말단의 키나아제 도메인과 C-말단의 억제 도메인으로 구성되어 있으며, Caspase-3에 의해 절단되면 지속적인 키나아제 활성을 가지게 됩니다. 이 과정은 세포자멸사(apoptosis) 초기 단계에서 막 blebbing을 유도합니다.
