Target Information
Interacts with phosphorylated C-terminal heptapeptide repeat domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II subunit POLR2A and participates in CTD dephosphorylation by RPAP2. Acts as a transcriptional regulator enhancing expression of CCND1 and other cell cycle-related genes (CDK2, CDK4, CDK6, cyclin-E). Promotes RNA polymerase II binding to promoter and termination regions, contributing to chromatin loop formation and cell proliferation.
