Target Information
SLC7A8은 나트륨 비의존적이며, 대형 중성 아미노산을 고친화도로 운반하는 단백질입니다.
L-phenylalanine에 대한 친화도는 LAT1보다 높고, glutamine 및 serine에 대한 친화도는 낮습니다.
생리학적 농도에서 L-alanine을 운반하며, 중성 아미노산의 기저측 재흡수에도 관여합니다.
