Target Information
Aplysia Ras-related homologs (ARHs), 또는 Rho 유전자는 RAS 유전자 초가족에 속하며, 작은 GTP/GDP 교환 인자를 암호화합니다. ARH 단백질은 GDP 결합 억제 인자(GDI)인 ARHGDIA와 상호작용함으로써 비활성 상태(GDP 결합형)로 유지될 수 있습니다.
