Product Specific Information
The MQ1-17H12 antibody reacts with human interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and major immunoregulatory cytokine. It is a non-neutralizing antibody suitable for intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
This antibody is pre-diluted and tested using the Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product #88-8824-00).
Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
Applicable cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Brilliant Violet™ 480 (BV480) emits at 479 nm and is intended for cytometers equipped with a violet (405 nm) laser. Ensure instrument compatibility before use.
For panels containing multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies, use:
- Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product #SB-4401-42), or
- Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product #00-4409-75)
to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Note: BV480 is not compatible with methanol-based fixation.
