For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Neurofilaments are intermediate filament proteins specifically found in neurons and are crucial for maintaining neuronal caliber. They consist mainly of three proteins: NF-L, NF-M, and NF-H.

• NF-L: Light/low molecular weight subunit (~70 kDa)
• NF-M: Medium molecular weight subunit
• NF-H: Heavy/high molecular weight subunit (180–220 kDa, species-dependent)
  The expression of these neuronal IFPs is tissue-specific and developmentally regulated.
