For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Anaplastic Lymphoma Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (ALK) is a member of the insulin receptor superfamily and plays a crucial role in brain development.
Mutations, rearrangements, and amplifications in the ALK gene are associated with tumors such as anaplastic large cell lymphoma, neuroblastoma, and non-small cell lung cancer.
Chromosomal rearrangements often result in the NPM-ALK fusion gene, which produces an oncogenic protein.
ALK encodes a receptor protein-tyrosine kinase with transmembrane and extracellular domains, showing high sequence similarity to LTK.
It is involved in neuronal development and signaling in the nervous system.
