Target Information
P73 (TP73) is involved in the apoptotic response to DNA damage. Isoforms with transactivation domains are pro-apoptotic, while those lacking the domain are anti-apoptotic and inhibit p53 and transactivating p73 isoforms. It may act as a tumor suppressor protein.
