Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production.

Target Information
CREB (Cyclic AMP response element binding protein) is a 43 kDa basic/leucine zipper transcription factor that binds the cyclic AMP response element (CRE) and activates transcription in response to various extracellular signals such as neurotransmitters, hormones, and growth factors.
Phosphorylation at Ser133 is essential for its activation. CREB interacts with CREB binding protein (CBP) at this site to regulate transcription.
CREB plays roles in circadian rhythm synchronization, adipocyte differentiation, and learning and memory. The human CREB gene is located on chromosome 2q.
Dysfunction is associated with diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, histiocytoma, and soft tissue melanoma.
