Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵이 있는 조혈 세포에서 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 포스파타제(PTP)입니다. 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지하며, 비조혈 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 하며, Src-family kinase의 주요 조절 인자로 작용합니다.
다양한 isoform이 존재하며, 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
T세포 및 B세포 수용체 신호 전달을 조절하고, JAK kinase 억제를 통해 cytokine 수용체 신호를 조절합니다. 또한 integrin 매개 신호전달, apoptosis 중 DNA fragmentation, 면역 기능 조절에도 관여합니다.
