Target Information
Cortactin (Cttn)은 Src의 기질로 처음 확인된 보편적인 액틴 결합 단백질입니다. 세포 골격과 세포 형태의 조직화에 기여하며, lamellipodia 형성과 세포 이동에도 관여합니다. Cortactin은 세포 주변의 액틴이 풍부한 구조에 축적되어 액틴 네트워크 형성을 촉진합니다. 주요 도메인은 N-terminal acidic (NTA), tandem repeats, C-terminal proline-rich, SH3 도메인으로 구성됩니다. NTA는 Arp2/3 및 WASP 복합체와 결합하며, cortactin은 세포 이동성과 침습성을 촉진합니다. 또한 invadopodia 형성에 중요한 역할을 하며, 이는 암세포의 ECM 분해와 관련된 액틴 풍부 돌출부입니다. Cortactin은 Src family kinase에 의해 Y421, Y466, Y482에서 인산화되고, Erk family kinase에 의해 S405, S418에서 인산화됩니다.
