Product Specific Information
- In ELISAs, does not cross-react with recombinant human CXCL2/GRO beta, CXCL3/GRO gamma, or recombinant mouse CXCL1/KC.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
CXCL2 is produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation. It acts as a hematoregulatory chemokine that suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation in vitro. GRO-beta(5–73) shows enhanced hematopoietic activity.
