Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as a ~150 kDa band, and upon reduction generates a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
IL-17F (Interleukin 17F, CTLA-8) is a cytokine belonging to the IL-17 family, produced by inflammatory cells such as activated T cells, mast cells, and basophils.
It is involved in allergic airway inflammation and induces cytokines, chemokines, and adhesion molecules in bronchial epithelial cells, vein endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and eosinophils.
IL-17F may be secreted as a homodimer or a heterodimer with IL-17A, acting via IL-17R to recruit monocytes and neutrophils by increasing chemokine production.
It also induces pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8, and is implicated in chronic inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and multiple sclerosis.
IL-17F is produced as a homodimer, highly expressed by activated effector memory T cells, and known to inhibit angiogenesis and induce endothelial cells to produce IL2, TGFB1/TGFB, and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1.
