이 항체는 CD25 (Interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain)의 세포외 에피토프를 인식합니다. CD25는 55 kDa의 type I 막관통 당단백질로, 활성화된 B 및 T 림프구, 활성화된 단핵구/대식세포, 그리고 CD4⁺ 조절 T세포에서 발현됩니다.
휴지 상태의 B 및 T 림프구에서는 발현이 소실됩니다.
Target Information
CD25 (IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체의 α-사슬입니다. IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG가 결합하여 고친화성 IL-2 수용체를 형성합니다.
IL-2는 주로 성숙한 T세포에서 생성되며, B세포 증식 자극, NK세포 활성 증가, 그리고 조혈세포 분화 억제 등의 역할을 합니다.
IL2RA 유전자 결손은 면역반응 이상을 유발할 수 있으며, 마우스 모델에서 궤양성 대장염 유사 질환을 나타냅니다.
