Antibody detects endogenous levels of IFNGR1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr457.
Target Information
The IFNGR1 gene encodes the ligand-binding chain (alpha) of the gamma interferon receptor. The human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer composed of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2. Genetic variations in IFNGR1 are associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection, and defects in IFNGR1 can cause Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection.
