MIA1305는 인간 배아줄기세포에서 유래한 내배엽의 AFP 면역형광 분석에 사용할 수 있습니다. Western blot에서는 인간 배아줄기세포로부터 유래한 초기 간세포 유사세포에서 내인성 AFP 단백질을 검출합니다.
Target Information
AFP(Alpha Fetoprotein)는 태아기 동안 난황낭, 장관, 간에서 생성되는 주요 혈장 단백질입니다. 성인에서 AFP 발현은 간세포암종(HCC) 또는 기형종과 관련이 있으며, 일부에서는 병리적 이상 없이 유전적으로 지속될 수 있습니다. AFP는 혈청 알부민의 태아형으로 간주되며, 두 유전자는 염색체 4상에서 동일한 방향으로 인접해 있습니다. 단량체, 이량체, 삼량체 형태로 존재하며, 구리, 니켈, 지방산, 빌리루빈과 결합할 수 있습니다. 양수 내 AFP 수준은 신경관 결손(이분척추, 무뇌증) 선별에 사용되며, 혈청 AFP 상승은 간세포암, 기형종, 대장암, 췌장암, 생식세포종양 등에서 관찰됩니다.
