The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Lymphotactin (XCL1) is a member of the C-chemokine family that acts as a chemoattractant specifically for lymphocytes, not for monocytes or neutrophils. It plays a regulatory role in lymphocyte trafficking and inflammation. Lymphotactin signals through the chemokine receptor XCR1 and is highly expressed in the spleen, with lower expression in lungs, small intestine, and colon. It is abundantly expressed by activated T cells, especially CD8+ T cells, and is also produced by NK cells.
