Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
The mammalian Phospholipase Cγ (PLCγ) family includes two closely related proteins, PLCγ1 and PLCγ2. These isozymes share core structural domains and contain an additional PH domain, two SH2 domains, and one SH3 domain.
Upon extracellular stimulation (e.g., hormones, growth factors), receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) phosphorylate and activate PLCγ. Activated PLCγ catalyzes hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP₂) to generate second messengers inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate (IP₃) and diacylglycerol (DAG).
