Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
PIKFYVE is a lipid kinase involved in regulating intracellular phosphatidylinositol phosphorylation.
It produces PtdIns(3,5)P2 as part of a trimolecular complex with VAC14 and FIG4, controlling endosomal membrane dynamics.
PIKFYVE also exhibits protein kinase activity.
