Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step.
Recommended product for desalting: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
TRIB3 (also known as TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3) is a mammalian homologue of the Drosophila Tribbles protein family, which inhibits cell division and regulates MAPK activity.
Overexpression of TRIB3 inhibits NF-kB-dependent transcription induced by TNF stimulation but does not affect NF-kB nuclear translocation or DNA binding.
TRIB3/SKIP3 is overexpressed in multiple human tumors and regulated by hypoxia.
