The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
GPIP137 regulates the transport and translation of mRNAs encoding proteins involved in synaptic plasticity in neurons and in cell proliferation/migration across multiple cell types. It binds directly and selectively to MYC and CCND2 RNAs. In neuronal cells, GPIP137 associates with mRNAs related to RNA granules, including BDNF, CAMK2A, CREB1, MAP2, NTRK2, GRIN1, and KPNB1.
