Product Specific Information
- Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining using a 1 mM EDTA buffer (pH 8.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- After retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Suggested positive control: placenta or hydatid mole.
