Product Specific Information

HA tag recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes HA tag at both C- and N-terminus of proteins.
Alexa Fluor™ Plus recombinant antibodies use proprietary dye chemistry to deliver brighter fluorescence and improved signal-to-noise ratio compared to traditional Alexa Fluor conjugates.
These recombinant antibodies offer superior specificity and lot-to-lot consistency, produced by cloning antibody genes into expression vectors and expressing them in vitro.

Usage Note:
Before use, briefly centrifuge the conjugate solution and use only the supernatant to minimize background staining caused by protein aggregates.

Applications Tested:

• Western blot: 1 µg/mL
• Immunocytochemistry: 2.5 µg/mL
• Flow cytometry: ≤ 0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume; 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)
  Careful titration is recommended for optimal assay performance.
