Product Specific Information

HA tag recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes HA tag at both C and N-terminus of proteins.
Alexa Fluor™ Plus recombinant antibodies use proprietary dye chemistry for brighter fluorescence and improved signal-to-noise ratio compared to conventional Alexa Fluor conjugates.
These recombinant antibodies offer superior specificity and lot-to-lot consistency through gene cloning and controlled in vitro expression.

Usage Note:
Before use, centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly and use only the supernatant to minimize nonspecific background staining.

Applications Tested:

• Western blot: 2 µg/mL
• Immunocytochemistry: 2.5 µg/mL
• Flow cytometry: ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)
  Titrate carefully for optimal performance.
