Target Information
CD98 (4F2)는 이형 아미노산 수송체(HATs)의 중쇄 역할을 하는 type II 막당단백질입니다. CD98은 다양한 경쇄(light chain)와 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 극성 상피세포에서 수송체 복합체의 세포 표면 발현 및 기저측 위치를 담당합니다. 또한 β1 integrin과 상호작용하여 리간드에 대한 친화성을 증가시킵니다. 아미노산 수송 외에도 세포 융합 및 활성화에 관여하며, 세포 분화, 성장 및 세포사멸 조절에도 관련되어 있습니다.
