Target Information
CD98 (4F2)는 이형이량체 아미노산 수송체(HATs)의 무거운 사슬 역할을 하는 type II 막당단백질입니다. CD98은 다양한 경량 사슬과 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 극성 상피세포에서 수송체 복합체의 세포 표면 발현 및 기저외측 위치를 담당합니다. 또한 β1 인테그린과 상호작용하여 리간드에 대한 결합력을 증가시킵니다. 아미노산 수송 외에도 세포 융합, 활성화, 분화, 성장 및 세포사멸 조절에 관여합니다.
