Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10mM Tris 및 1mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
Vinculin (VCL)은 세포-세포 및 세포-세포외기질 부착 연결에 관련된 세포골격 단백질입니다. F-actin을 세포막에 고정하는 데 관여하며, integrin, talin, alpha-actinin 등의 단백질과 상호작용하여 부착판(adhesion plaque)의 형성에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
유전자 변이는 확장성 심근병증 1W 또는 가족성 비후성 심근병증 15를 유발할 수 있습니다.
