For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, constituting about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins.
It is absent in non-hematopoietic cells and tissues. CD45 is essential for lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, acting as a regulator of Src-family kinases.
Multiple isoforms of CD45 arise from alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains.
CD45RA, one of its isoforms, shows restricted expression among lymphoid subtypes. The protein regulates T- and B-cell receptor signaling, modulates cytokine receptor signaling via JAK kinases, and influences integrin-mediated pathways and apoptosis.
