Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, accounting for about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins.
It is absent in non-hematopoietic cells and tissues.
CD45 plays a critical role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling, regulating Src-family kinases and JAK kinases.
It influences cell survival, integrin-mediated signaling, apoptosis, and various immune functions through multiple isoforms generated by alternative splicing.
