Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, constituting about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins. It is absent in non-hematopoietic tissues.
CD45 regulates Src-family kinases and plays a key role in lymphocyte development, antigen signaling, and cytokine receptor regulation through JAK kinase suppression.
Multiple CD45 isoforms arise from alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions.
CD45 is also involved in integrin-mediated signaling, apoptosis regulation, and immune function modulation.
