Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

HDAC6 is responsible for the deacetylation of lysine residues on the N-terminal part of core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4).
Histone deacetylation serves as an epigenetic repression marker and is essential in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression, and developmental processes.
HDAC6 functions within large multiprotein complexes and plays a central role in microtubule-dependent cell motility through deacetylation of tubulin.
