Mouse anti-Human CD314 antibody, clone 1D11 recognizes CD314 (NKG2D), also known as killer cell lectin-like receptor subfamily K, member 1 (KLRK1).
CD314 is a C-type lectin-like activating receptor expressed on most NK cells, CD8 T cells, and gamma delta T cells.
Target Information
Natural killer (NK) cells mediate lysis of tumor and virus-infected cells without prior activation. They regulate humoral and cell-mediated immunity and express calcium-dependent C-type lectins involved in NK cell function.
The NKG2 family encodes type II transmembrane proteins with C-type lectin domains, located in the NK complex region containing NK-specific lectin genes.
