Product Specific Information

• Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
• After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
• For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
• Mouse anti-Human CD314 antibody (clone 1D11) recognizes CD314, also known as NKG2D or KLRK1.
• CD314 is a C-type lectin-like activating receptor expressed on most NK cells, CD8 T cells, and γδ T cells.

Target Information

Natural killer (NK) cells are lymphocytes that can mediate lysis of certain tumor and virus-infected cells without prior activation.
They regulate humoral and cell-mediated immunity and express C-type lectins involved in NK cell function regulation.
The NKG2 gene family encodes type II transmembrane proteins with C-type lectin domains and is located within the NK complex, a genomic region rich in NK cell–specific lectin genes.
