Target Information
PTPRS는 glycosaminoglycans(예: chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans, heparan sulfate proteoglycan)과 결합하는 세포 표면 수용체입니다. 이러한 결합은 PTPRS의 올리고머화 및 신경돌기 성장 조절에 상반된 영향을 미칩니다.
PTPRS는 chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans에 의해 신경돌기 및 축삭 성장 억제에 기여하며, 신경 절단 후에도 작용합니다. 또한 heparan sulfate proteoglycan GPC2에 반응하여 신경돌기 성장을 자극하는 역할을 합니다.
정상적인 뇌 발달, 특히 뇌하수체와 후각구의 발달에 필요하며, tyrosine phosphatase로서 기능합니다. NTRK1, NTRK2, NTRK3를 탈인산화하며, Akt 및 MAP kinase 활성화로 이어지는 신호 전달 경로를 하향 조절합니다. 또한 TLR9 매개 NF-κB 활성화 및 TNF, 인터페론 α, β 생성도 억제합니다.
