Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, and the best clones are selected for production.

Target Information
DEAD box proteins are characterized by the conserved Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp (DEAD) motif and are putative RNA helicases. They are involved in various cellular processes such as translation initiation, RNA splicing, and ribosome/spliceosome assembly.
Some family members are associated with embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth.
The DDX5 gene encodes an RNA-dependent ATPase and a proliferation-associated nuclear antigen that reacts with the simian virus 40 tumor antigen. It consists of 13 exons, and alternatively spliced transcripts have been observed, although no isoforms have been identified.
