For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD13 (ANPEP) is a 150–170 kDa type II transmembrane zinc-binding ectopeptidase expressed on various cell types.
It acts as a metalloprotease, catalyzing the removal of neutral amino acids from small peptides, thereby regulating bioactive peptide activity.
CD13 is involved in extracellular matrix degradation, antigen processing, and signal transduction, contributing to inflammatory responses, intercellular contact, cell motility, and vascularization.
It is expressed in granulocytes, monocytes, and myeloid leukemia cells, associated with poor carcinoma prognosis, and functions as an aminopeptidase enzyme and alpha receptor for coronavirus.
