Target Information
AMPD3는 AMP deaminase 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 효소로, 아데노신 모노포스페이트(AMP)를 이노신 모노포스페이트(IMP)로 전환하는 가수분해 탈아미노화 반응을 촉매합니다. 이 단백질은 적혈구(E) 형태의 아이소폼이며, 다른 패밀리 구성원은 주로 근육(M) 및 간(L) 세포에서 발현됩니다. 해당 유전자의 돌연변이는 임상적으로 무증상의 상염색체 열성 질환인 적혈구 AMP deaminase 결핍을 유발할 수 있습니다.
