Target Information
Mox1와 gp91-phox(gp91phox)는 NADPH oxidase 복합체의 필수 구성 요소로, 대식세포, 신경상피세포, 혈관 평활근세포 및 내피세포에서 발현됩니다. 이 복합체는 gp91-phox와 p22-phox로 구성된 막 결합 플라보사이토크롬과 p47-phox, p67-phox 등의 세포질 단백질을 포함합니다. gp91-phox와 p22-phox는 저산소 조건에서 세포 신호를 유도하는 표면 O₂ 센서로도 작용합니다. Mox1과 gp91-phox는 동일한 C-말단 서열을 가지지만, 발현 패턴은 다릅니다. gp91-phox는 호산구, 호중구, 단핵구, B-림프구에서 발현되며, Mox1은 주로 결장에서 검출되고 자궁과 전립선에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
