Target Information
FANCD2 (Fanconi anemia group D2 protein)은 염색체 안정성 유지에 필수적인 단백질로, 감수분열 중 상동염색체의 정확하고 효율적인 결합을 촉진합니다. 이 단백질은 DNA 이중가닥 절단 복구에 관여하며, 복제 스트레스에 의해 유도된 비중심체 이상 구조로의 BLM 표적화 및 안정화에 필요합니다. 또한 FANCD2는 손상된 크로마틴에 BRCA2/FANCD1의 로딩을 촉진합니다. FANCD2 유전자 결함은 Fanconi anemia complementation group D2를 초래하며, 이는 모든 골수 요소에 영향을 미쳐 빈혈, 백혈구 감소증, 혈소판 감소증을 유발합니다.
