Rat IgG2b kappa 단클론 항체는 동형 대조용 면역글로불린으로 유용합니다.
eB149/10H5 항체는 Flow Cytometric 분석용으로 보고되었습니다.
내부 시험 결과 Alexa Fluor 561은 Swiss Webster 및 SJL 마우스의 B 세포를 비특이적으로 염색하지만 BALB/c 또는 C57BL/6 마우스에서는 관찰되지 않았습니다.
다른 종은 테스트되지 않았습니다. 이 종 의존적 차이에 대한 예시는 Antibody Testing Data에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
Flow Cytometry 분석 시 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용해야 합니다.
Alexa Fluor 561은 575 nm에서 방출되며 Yellow-Green Laser에서 사용됩니다.
