For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD27 is a 50 kDa member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily, including CD40 and CD30. It regulates cell proliferation and death. CD27 and its ligand CD70 are primarily expressed in lymphocytes.
CD27 expression increases upon antigen receptor ligation, while CD70 requires co-stimulatory or pro-inflammatory signals. CD27 exists as a disulfide-linked homodimer on mature thymocytes, peripheral blood T cells, and certain B cells.
Activation of T cells via the TCR-CD3 complex induces CD27 upregulation and release of soluble CD27 (sCD27, 28–32 kDa), detectable in plasma, urine, or spinal fluid—an important prognostic marker in B cell malignancies.
CD27-binding protein (SIVA) is a proapoptotic protein interacting with CD27, contributing to receptor-mediated apoptosis.
Diseases associated with CD27 dysfunction include Lymphoproliferative Syndrome 2 and Autosomal Recessive Lymphoproliferative Syndrome.
