Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Protein NUMB homolog is an evolutionarily conserved protein involved in neuronal progenitor cell differentiation. It participates in clathrin-dependent endocytosis through interaction with the AP-2 complex. NUMB is expressed in postmitotic neurons and contributes to axonal growth. Neural cells expressing Numb isoforms with short phosphotyrosine-binding (SPTB) domains exhibit extensive neurite outgrowth, which can be inhibited by VGCC blockers or Ca²⁺ chelators.
