- 재구성 시 100 µL의 증류수를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우 추가 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것이 좋습니다.

TRAP1은 90 kDa heat shock protein (Hsp90) 계열의 분자 샤페론으로, 다양한 세포 과정에 관여하며 신호 전달 기구와의 연관성이 잘 알려져 있습니다.
TRAP1은 Hsp90의 상동체로서 여러 단백질과 상호작용하며, 면역형광 분석에서 TRAP1이 포유류 세포의 미토콘드리아에 위치함이 관찰되었습니다.
TRAP1이 미토콘드리아 타깃 프리시퀀스를 가진 것으로 나타나, 미토콘드리아 매트릭스 단백질로 작용함을 시사합니다.
