Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
KCNJ3 encodes a G protein-controlled potassium channel. Inward rectifier potassium channels allow potassium influx more readily than efflux, with voltage dependence regulated by extracellular potassium concentration. Inward rectification is mainly due to blockage of outward current by internal magnesium. This receptor is essential for heartbeat regulation.
