Mouse anti-Bovine CD14, clone CC-G33은 소의 CD14를 인식하는 단클론 항체입니다. CD14는 GPI-앵커형 막당단백질로, 단핵구/대식세포 분화 항원이며, 지질다당류 수용체 패밀리에 속합니다. 또한 미세아교세포와 Langerhans 세포에서도 약하게 발현됩니다.
Target Information
CD14는 55 kDa의 GPI-앵커형 당단백질로, 성숙 단핵구, 대식세포, 호중구 표면에 지속적으로 발현됩니다. 다기능성 지질다당류 수용체로 작용하며, 혈청 내에서 분비형 또는 효소적으로 절단된 형태로 존재합니다. CD14는 LBP(lipopolysaccharide-binding protein)에 의해 촉매되는 반응에서 LPS와 결합하며, sCD14는 LPS의 구조적 차이를 구별하고 혈청 내 외래 LPS의 중화에 관여합니다. 또한, CD14는 세포사멸세포와 결합하여 알레르기, 염증, 감염 과정에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 동일한 CD14 아이소폼을 암호화하는 여러 전사 변이가 존재합니다. CD14 기능 이상은 Mycobacterium chelonae 감염 및 크룹과 관련이 있습니다.
