Product Specific Information

TS2/16 단클론 항체는 인간 CD29(Integrin β1)에 반응합니다. CD29는 약 130 kDa의 단일막통과 당단백질로, 다양한 integrin α 서브유닛과 결합하여 VLA(very late antigen) 부류의 접착 분자를 형성합니다.
CD29는 림프구, 단핵구에 널리 발현되며, 과립구에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다. TS2/16 항체는 β1 integrin 활성화 기능을 가지고 있습니다.

본 제품은 NovaFluor conjugate 1 vial과 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer 1 vial을 포함합니다.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: 정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 대상으로 5 µL (0.5 µg)/test로 사용 가능하며, 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 사용됩니다.

NovaFluor 염료는 DNA 결합 viability dye(propium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI 등)와 호환되지 않습니다. Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains 사용을 권장합니다.

NovaFluor conjugate는 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer(Cat. No. C001T06F01)와 함께 제공되며, 최적 염색을 위해 모든 실험에서 사용해야 합니다.
항체 칵테일 준비 시 세포 혼합 전에 CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer를 5 µL/sample 추가하십시오.

β1 integrin은 α1~α6 서브유닛과 비공유 결합하여 VLA integrin을 형성하며, 세포 접착 및 이동에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
ITGB1 발현 감소는 종양세포의 다약제 내성과 관련이 있으며, 염증성 장질환 및 면역세포 이동 조절에도 관여합니다.
