Target Information
MUSK plays an important and selective role in skeletal muscle development and function through postsynaptic differentiation and formation of end-plate bands in cooperation with Rapsyn.
Receptor tyrosine kinase activity is regulated by ligand binding to the extracellular site of the receptor.
MuSK is part of the agrin signaling complex and is essential for the development and structural maintenance of the neuromuscular junction.
